Salary: $103,450 - 197,730 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Science discipline, or alternatively, 4 years of relevant data analytics or technical experience. Additionally, 4 years of experience in an information management practice, business application function, or data delivery is needed. If you hold an advanced degree in a Business or Science area, we ask for 2 years of experience in a related field. You should have a fundamental understanding of data management practices and theories, as well as intermediate competency in SQL and SQL-based languages. We seek someone with the ability to establish meaningful partnerships across various levels within the organization, and you should have skills in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, analyzing root causes, and presenting findings to management.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process enhancements across all Information Management and Analytics duties. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness in information management. This includes maintaining Information Asset Inventories, ensuring proper classification of data, and supporting the documentation and execution of information governance standards. You will review and validate metadata, develop improvement processes to mitigate data quality risks, and create corrective action plans for data quality issues. Further tasks include supporting the compliance assessment process, recommending procedures aligned with enterprise policies, leading the quality and maintenance of master data, and engaging in privacy initiatives through critical data analysis.
