Job DescriptionCreative Agency Operations Manager (Workfront Admin)Position OverviewOur client, a well-known Insurance company, is looking for a freelance Creative Agency Operations Manager (Workfront Administrator) to join their in-house agency team through March 2026. This role requires you to be on-site in either their Boston office 3 days per week (ideally), or at the Hudson Yards office in NYC.This role is a mix of Workfront support (reporting, scoping, planning, implementation, troubleshooting) and project management across a variety of marketing initiatives: from capacity planning, process optimization, to contractor tracking and other operational projects. Your focus will be about 75% Workfront support and 25% strategic marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Workfront super-user: setting us up for success by building reports, dashboards, and supporting implementationSupport agency management function with process optimizations, budget and vendor management, and other ad hoc initiativesDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverablesEnsure clear communication and alignment across senior stakeholdersQualifications6+ years of creative agency creative project management experience, ideally in an agency or in a large IHA Advanced knowledge of WorkfrontStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
