Responsibilities: • Represent clients facing criminal charges in Newark, NJ. • Negotiate with prosecutors to secure the best possible outcomes. • Develop tailored case strategies that address each client’s unique circumstances. • Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze statutes to build strong defenses. • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, settlements, and other legal documents. • Manage a varied caseload with efficiency, ensuring deadlines are met and client communication remains a top priority.
