We are looking for a passionate and motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in communications and public relations. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in drafting press materials, assisting with social media management, and supporting various communication initiatives that promote our organization’s mission

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
• Manage and update the organization’s social media platforms, ensuring content is relevant and engaging.
• Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform communication strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to gather information and content for various projects and publications.
• Help organize events, workshops, and meetings related to communication efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to group dynamics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
