Job Description

Description - Splice various types and sizes of fiber optic cable, including single-mode, multimode, stranded, and ribbon. - Analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues. - Review, interpret, and work with maps, drawings, blueprints, and testing documents. - Perform daily tests, checks, and maintenance on splicing and testing equipment. - Conduct optical continuity and conformance testing. - Make splicing rearrangements on existing facilities in buried, underground, aerial, and building work locations. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
