Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Irving, TX

Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Monday and Thursday required), 2 days remote

Type of Employment: Direct Hire

Compensation: $65,000 / Yearly + 10% annual performance-based bonus

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our client in the healthcare services sector. This role will play a vital part in supporting HR operations including audits, staffing, employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee data. This individual must be comfortable operating across various HR functions and partnering with leadership and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Audits: Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Manage job postings, monitor applicant tracking, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
• HR Function Support: Contribute to HR disciplines such as payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, compensation, and learning and development.
• Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for HR-related questions, assist in issue resolution, and maintain proper documentation for HR matters.
• HRIS & Administrative Oversight: Maintain accurate records within the HRIS system including employee titles, reporting structures, and compensation data; respond to employment verification and unemployment claims.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity, including responsibilities in audits, staffing, and employee support.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Demonstrated experience conducting HR audits and implementing corrective measures.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
