Job Description

Job Purpose:

Analyzes current inventory levels as well as transactions related to the movement or transfer of materials both within the site as well as to external sources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To monitor and ensure that all data must be accurate at all time
2. Reviews and follows-up of Cycle Counts
3. Analyzes discrepancies
4. Analyzes performance metrics such as: down time, inventory adjustments, rework list, Backflush integrity, material returns, line inventory.
5. Reviews Material flow
6. Authorizes adjustments of inventory discrepancies.
7. Provides follow-up on Financial Reports (Backflush variations, consumption, etc.).
8. Reviews RMA Processes
9. Leads a team of other Inventory Analysts

Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
Experience: 0-2 years experiences in Materials Analysis.

Required Skill:
Have a working knowledge of BOM Structures, MRPII, ERP, Inventory Control, SAP, APICS concepts.
Required Training: Communication skills, Leadership skills

4. Highly analytical with excellent interpersonal skills
