Description EPICOR IS A HUGE BONUS BUT NOT REQUIRED We are looking for an Office Admin to join our team on a contract basis in Wheeling, Illinois. This role involves supporting daily operations with a focus on administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong organizational and communication skills to the position. Responsibilities: - Prepare and print order-related documents to support operational needs. - Coordinate with external service suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials. - Manage incoming calls and receptionist duties to enable key personnel to focus on essential business tasks. - Collaborate with team members to improve inventory management systems and ensure accurate stock levels. - Oversee material handlers, ensuring proper organization and handling of parts and materials after job completion. - Perform additional administrative tasks to assist high-priority team members with their workload. - Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment while maintaining efficiency and productivity. Requirements - Proficiency in receptionist duties, including handling calls and managing visitor interactions. - Experience scanning and organizing documents efficiently. - Ability to perform a variety of clerical duties with attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. - Capability to excel in a fast-paced and noisy work environment. - Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and adaptability. - Willingness to work onsite and accommodate overtime when necessary.
