Role: Pega Lead/Architect
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Experience: 10+ years in Pega development
Certifications: CSSA or LSA preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design, development, and deployment of Pega applications
Own the full delivery lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with Pega Constellation
Expertise in Pega 8.x and earlier versions
Proven leadership in multiple Pega implementations
Deep understanding of Pega frameworks, case management, decisioning, and integrations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
