Join Our Team as a Precision Machining Specialist

At our Mentor, OH facility, we're actively seeking talented individuals to fill the role of a Precision Machining Specialist. We have positions available for CNC Mill and CNC Swiss Lathe , with shifts on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd .

Role Overview

As a Precision Machining Specialist, you'll:

• Interpret intricate blueprints and technical data to outline machining methods, setups, and control settings.
• Prepare and assess tools to meet quality benchmarks for milling, boring, and other specifications.
• Mount and align tooling to ensure precision in operation.
• Retrieve and manage control media to automate machine operations.
• Supervise machine performance to preempt any inconsistencies or malfunctions.
• Engage in manual programming during setups, limited to supervisor-approved instances.
• Maintain the equipment, ensuring its cleanliness and optimal function.
