The Sales & Marketing Specialist - Omni-Channel plays a critical role in driving growth across the Omni-Channel National Account (OCNA) portfolio, including Wayfair and Perigold, which operate both online and in physical locations. This role partners closely with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams to deliver operational excellence, enhance account performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Specialist will support portfolio management, operational improvements, sales initiatives, and system enhancements, while managing a small customer sales portfolio.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Sales, Finance, Marketing & Merchandising Operations

  • Lead best-in-class merchandising execution, including item setup, catalog management, and content optimization across the product lifecycle.

  • Maintain wholesale price sheets, promotions, and customer communications via email and Vendor portals.

  • Manage backside program budgets, submitting and tracking reimbursement requests and payments accurately.

  • Develop and deliver promotional and sales tracking reports to support data-driven decision-making and sales goal attainment.

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) launches and product line reviews, including organizing products, presentations, and launch planning.

  • Coordinate customer meetings, trainings, events, and internal reviews.

  • Collaborate with Brand & Marketing teams to implement impactful account-level retail media strategies.

Operational Excellence

  • Create, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive operational efficiency.

  • Manage customer escalations and implement process improvements to enhance account satisfaction.

  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for content, sales, and pre-/post-sales resolutions, partnering with internal and customer teams to drive enhancements.

  • Support system and product growth initiatives and process improvement projects.

Sales Leadership

  • Manage a small customer portfolio as the sales lead, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.

  • Provide on-site sales support for Wayfair and Perigold showroom locations as needed.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in sales, operations, marketing, distribution, or related fields.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • High level of enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude.

  • Experience in project management and SOP development.

  • Background in Omni-Channel and/or e-Commerce operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI or automation to improve processes and reduce manual work.
