Are you an experienced and reliable nanny who thrives in a team environment? A warm and welcoming McLean family is looking for a dedicated and proactive caregiver to support their growing household. They have a playful and energetic 18-month-old and a newborn baby! This role is a true team effort; you'll be working closely with a stay-at-home mom, forming a supportive partnership to care for two little ones under the age of two. Responsibilities include engaging with the toddler through play, walks to the park, and activities, as well as providing support with the newborn when needed. In addition to childcare, the family is looking for someone who can assist with household tasks such as laundry, meal prep, and general tidying—essentially a hybrid nanny/family assistant who can seamlessly pitch in where needed. With Dad frequently traveling for work, reliability and professionalism are a must. This is an incredible opportunity for a nanny who also enjoys household management and is eager to become an essential part of the family.
